Franklin J. Platt, CCIM, comes to the table with over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management. A CCIM designee, he has been a licensed broker since 1992 and understands all aspects of commercial real estate. Platt has been a property manager for over 150 Bank of America locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, totalling over 800,000 square feet of office and retail space. He has also provided property management services for mixed-use commercial properties and 55+ communities for high net-worth family interests, developers and institutional investors.

Frank is comfortable working with people on many levels. He deals regularly with tenants, code officials, brokers, lawyers, engineers, contractors and property managers. He has dealt with numerous zoning and building officials in the fitting-out of tenant space for retail, medical and office use, and is experienced in major building renovation and retro-fit projects.
