Karen Anthony, Director of Business Development for Eagle Property Management, LLC, is also an Associate Broker at APTCOR COMMERCIAL, REALTORS with approximately 20 years experience working in all aspects of sales, leasing, and property management of commercial, industrial, office, retail, and restaurant properties. Through the years, she has worked with top professionals in various industries from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies in negotiating sales, leases and management contracts on behalf of owners, developers as well as buyers and lessees communicating clearly and effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with all involved, including state and local code enforcement and building inspectors.

Throughout her career in sales, leasing and assisting in commercial appraisals, she has gained extensive knowledge and understanding of maintenance of buildings, roofing, structures, plumbing, electrical and mechanicals as well as environmental issues and the due diligence process. Karen is experienced in handling development and renovation projects from start to finish acting as a liaison between the owner, tenant, and sub-contractors as a construction manager.

Karen served as Acting Secretary for the Pennsylvania National Guard 228th FSB, Sellersville Family Readiness Group supporting 160 families of soldiers before, during and after their tour to Iraq. Her four year term ended December, 2006. She was also extremely active in fundraising for the North Penn Valley Boys and Girls Club for many years. Karen chaired a committee for the North Penn Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce to successfully develop a promotional economic development brochure for the area. Karen is also a member of the Montgomery County Industrial Development Corporation.
